Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct direct the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) FTC-Ist. District-Pratapgarh to decide the Case No.93/2022, "State V/s Mohit Mishra and others", Case Crime No.0078/2021. Under section-498 A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District-Pratapgarh, expeditiously within stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2021. He thus submits that if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned Case Crime No.0078/2021. Under section-498 A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District-Pratapgarh within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court concerned is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Case Crime No.0078/2021.
