Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. 2. It transpires from the record of the writ petition that the sole grievance of the petitioner is that he had submitted a representation on 24.06.2025 before respondent no.2/Cane Commissioner, U.P. Lucknow claiming therein certain service benefits but that representation is still pending and has not been decided. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the ends of justice would be served if a direction is issued by this Court thereby, commanding the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2025 by passing a speaking and reasoned order within time frame fixed by this Court. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents does not have any objection, if the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to consider and decide the petitioner's representation. 5.
