HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5830 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. By means of the instant petition, challenge has been made to an order passed on 04.09.2025 passed by the trial court. A specific query was put to the counsel for the petitioners as to whether the petitioners have remedy against the said order, to which, learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length could not dispute that there is a statutory remedy of revision. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioners to take recourse as may be available to them in law. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the merits of the matter and the petition has been declined only on the ground of alternate remedy. Needless to say that in case, if the petitioners take recourse to the available remedy the same shall be considered on its own merit.
