The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barsole PS Case No. 27 of 2024, corresponding to GR case No. 214 of 2024 and S.T. No. 07 of 2025, for the offences registered under section 310 (2) of BNS, 2023. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in BA No. 7887 of 2024. 4. On 16.7.20024 between 2:00 to 02:30 am, dacoity was committed in the house of the informant by unknown persons. It appears that the petitioner was identified in TI parade by the informant. 5. Mr. Anil Kumar Ganjhu, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during trial the informant has not identified the petitioner in the dock. It is further submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about a year. 6. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I at Ghatsila, in connection with Barsole PS Case No. 27 of 2024, corresponding to GR case No. 214 of 2024 and S.T.
