The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(I) Issue writ order in nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite party no. 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment in Banjar land gata no. 62 in pursuence of the order dated 25.08.2025, situated in village Pure bahadur, pargana Rampur Khas, Tehsil Lalganj District - Pratapgarh, that is being annexe as Annexure no. 7 to this writ petition." 3. As the petition seeks enforcement of the order, the adequate remedy is prescribed under Clause 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual, the petitioner may approach the said authority by filing an appropriate application, which shall be decided in accordance with law. 4. The petition stands disposed of. 5.
