The Respondents filed their Counter-Affidavits admitting the execution of work by the Petitioner. It is stated that due to non availability of funds under GGMP programme, the amounts could not be paid to the petitioner. 3. As there is no dispute with regard to execution of work and amount due to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4^ Respondents to pay the amount due to the Petitioner as admitted by the Respondents, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
