From a perusal of the martic certificate appended alongwith the application , it is evident that applicant/respondent No. 3 i.e. Gyan Kaur has attained the age of majority as her date of birth is 14.12.2006. The application is duly supported by the affidavit filed by the applicant i.e., Gyan Kuar. Power of Attorney also stands filed on behalf of respondent No. 3. In view thereof, she is free to pursue the appeal/application in her own individual capacity. Henceforth, her mother i.e., Balwinder Kaur is discharged from acting as a natural guardian of applicant/respondent No. 3. Application stands disposed of. ( Bipin C.
