By means of the instant petition the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Regular Suit no.939 of 2013. A specific query was put to the counsel for the petitioner as to whether the issues have been framed and what is the status of the suit, in response, he informed that the issue was framed on 11.01.2016, thereafter, the matter was pending for disposal of other applications. It was also put to the counsel for the petitioner as to whether the petitioner has filed his examination in chief as well as documentary evidence which he could not give a reply nor the same is evident from the extracts of the order sheet which have been placed on record. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition leaving it open for the petitioner to move to the court concerned. In case, if any application is moved, the same shall be considered by the Court including taking note of the directions issued by this Court on administrative side relating to the disposal of the suit.
