It appears that vehicle in question bearing registration No. RJ-05-GB-7700, of which petitioner states to be registered owner, was seized due to being used in the illegal gravel mining and vide order dated 16.05.2023 issued by the Dy. Secretary, Mines and Petroleum, Rajasthan, Jaipur, petitioner was asked to deposit 50% of the showroom price of the vehicle because the vehicle was found to be involved in the illegal mining twice. 2. Petitioner has neither placed on record the order dated 16.05.2023 nor has impleaded the Mining Department as party in this petition, hence, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a proper petition, after impugning the order dated 16.05.2023 as well and impleadment of Mining Department as party. 3.
