Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is the second application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner, Sekhabar Ali, who is facing trial in Session Case No.06/2025, pending before the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Goalpara. Page No.# 2/2 3. 8 (eight) witnesses have already been examined by prosecution. There are some eye witnesses to the offence. After going through the evidence of the witnesses, I find that there are some incriminating materials against the petitioner, for that reason, the bail application is rejected and disposed of.
