Sarma, the learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Mr. A. Gautam, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 28.07.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner, namely, Smt. Merin Saikia has appeared before the Investigating Officer on 01.08.2025 and has cooperated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Moran P.S. Case No. 75/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and her statement has already been recorded under Section 180 of BNSS, 2023. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, the interim bail granted to the above-named petitioner, by order dated 28.07.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos.
