This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/353/394/427/307/120(B) of IPC. 3. The learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. This petitioner and others armed with hockey sticks, sword etc. attacked the police personnels. They snatched the official rifle from the injured Home Guard namely, Anil Kumar Pandey. There is also allegation that they have pelted stones. 5. Considering the nature of allegations where the police personnels were attacked when they are performing duty. Even if the other persons have been granted anticipatory bail. I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No.41 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad, stands rejected. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
