This revision is filed against the judgment and order dated 03.09.2022 passed by Judge, Family Court, Pauri Garhwal, in Misc. Case No.37 of 2020 Smt. Reena vs. Surendra Pant. 6. Revisionist as well as respondent no.2 are present before the National Lok Adalat. They are duly identified by their respective counsels. 7. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that revisionist has already paid permanent alimony to respondent no.2 & divorce has also been finalized on 28.06.2024 by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun. 8. Learned counsel for the revisionist as well as respondent no.2 have filed their affidavits stating therein that now the dispute between the parties has been settled on the basis of compromise entered between them and they want that the matter be decided on the basis of compromise. 9. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 10. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant revision stands disposed of on the basis of aforesaid compromise. 11. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
