According to the directions issued, respondent No.2 in the writ appeal was to take an appropriate decision with regard to the alleged unauthorized constructions raised by respondent No.4 in the writ appeal. Learned counsel for the respondents has brought to our notice that pursuant to the directions so issued, a notice had been issued to the said respondent No.4 – B. Chandrasekhar, who challenged the same in writ proceedings bearing WP.No.20620 of 2024 and that by virtue of an interim order, dated 19.09.2024 status quo has been ordered to be maintained pending further orders. 2 HCJ & RRR,J CC_2908_2024 In that view of the matter, the present contempt petition does not survive.
