The prayer in this writ petition is to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 21.01.2023, by which, a request has been made to conduct the podi and durasthi in respect of land bearing Sy.No.57 mentioning 4 acres of Madhappanahalli Village, Hesaraghatta Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk. 2. A prayer is also made to direct the Assistant Commissioner to carry out the correction in the RTC - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:11876 WP No. 3850 of 2025 as per the report submitted by the Deputy Tahsildar vide Annexure - B, dated 09.11.2023. 3. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that four months time may be granted for conducting the podi and durasthi of the land bearing Sy.No.57 measuring 4 acres, as requested by the petitioner after notifying all the concerned. 4. In view of the said statement, a direction is issued to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the request of the petitioner for conducting the podi and durasthi in accordance with law and ensure that the podi and durasthi is conducted and completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5. The second prayer is to issue direction to the Assistant Commissioner to carry out the correction as per the report submitted by the Deputy Tahsildar is concerned, in my view, it would be appropriate to - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:11876 WP No. 3850 of 2025 direct the Assistant Commissioner to consider the report sent by the Deputy Tahsildar and pass necessary orders on the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6. This petition is accordingly disposed of. 7. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
