This is an application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Tufail Uddin, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Laluk P.S. Case No.166/2024 under Sections 61(2)/318(4)/316(2) of the BNS, 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No.781/2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Laluk P.S. Case No.166/2024, vide Charge-Sheet No. 86/2025 dated 25.05.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in Laluk P.S. Case No.166/2024, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5.
