The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding and directing the Opposite Party No 2, not to attest the signature of Manager who has been fraudulently elected in the recent election of the Committee of Management held on 14.09.2025 (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding and directing the Opposite Party No.2 to consider and decide the representation of petitioner dated 17.09.2025 as contained in Annexure No.9 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the fact that the action of attestation of signature is subsequent to the election, the petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps as may be prescribed for challenging the election of the opposite party in accordance with law. 4.
