Prescribed limitation period for moving application for substitution of LRs has already expired Keeping in view the abovestated facts and circumstances, matter be placed before Hon’ble Court for further directions on 22.01.2025." 2. It is, thus, seen that the legal heirs of the plaintiff have not taken steps to pursue the case. 3. The suit stands abated and is accordingly dismissed.
