On 02.07.2019 first suspension of sentence was dismissed on merits. One of the main ground for second suspension of sentence application is the custody period. 2. Considering that the appeal is of 2019, second suspension of sentence application is disposed of at this stage with direction that the main appeal be fixed for arguments on 04.08.2025. 3. It is clarified that in case the main appeal is not taken up for hearing or there is delay in hearing the appeal, the applicant shall be at liberty for revival of second suspension of sentence application.
