Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General, Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar & Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the non- applicant/respondent. By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of applicant/petitioner for revival of COPC No. 342 of 2025, which was disposed of on 24.04.2025 on the basis of undertaking given by learned Additional Advocate General that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, shall be complied with positively within two weeks, but before cognizance of the same could be taken, learned Additional Advocate General has made available communication dated 29.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the afore authority suggestive of the fact that pursuant to direction contained in judgment, alleged to have been violated, respondent has decided the representation of the petitioner, vide order dated 01.05.2025, but rejected the same on the ground that he has not been appointed on regular basis in accordance with the provisions of Himachal Pradesh Regularization of Services of Act, 2025. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of the judgment, alleged to have been violated.
