By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent no. 1 to decide the representation submitted by him on 08.02.2025, by which the petitioner has submitted his representation, pursuance to the observation made by the Deputy Director in its order dated 05.09.2024 while deciding his representation submitted by the petitioner on 07.08.2024. The representation dated 07.08.2024 was submitted by the petitioner pursuance to the direction of this Court in WPS No. 4181/2024, however the Deputy Director disposed of the representation observing that the petitioner may approach the appropriate/competent authority regarding his request for transfer as the Deputy Director Veterinary Service is not the competent authority to transfer the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the said disposal of representation, the petitioner submitted a fresh representation before the Secretary on 08.02.2025, but till date the same has not been considered. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending before the Secretary, 3 the same shall be considered in accordance with law and the policy existing in the State within a stipulated period. 4. I have perused the pleadings of the petitioner and the order dated 26.07.2024 passed by this court. 5. It appears that pursuance to the order of this court, the petitioner though requested the Deputy Director for his transfer, but the said request has been disposed of on the ground that he is not competent and the petitioner may approach the competent authority. The Deputy Director without forwarding the same to the competent authority rejected the representation, hence the representation pending before the respondent Secretary deserves to be decided with a stipulated period, hence the Secretary/Respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the representation in accordance with law and policy of the State Goverment within a period of 20 days from today. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the Secretary about the order of this Court. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) Judge Shoaib
