Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties especially on part of opposite party no.2 to 5 to take the appropriate action against the opposite party no.7 and 8 who have restraining the petitioner from raising construction over his residential plot of size 10x24 (area 11.16 meter) situated in Mohalla Peerjadgan, Town and Tehsil Safipur, District Unnao, which has been obtained by the petitioner gift deed. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 8.9.2025, as contained in Annexure No.5 to this writ petition." 3. We have gone through the memo of the respondents. We find that respondents no. 7 & 8 are private respondents and the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the private respondents and the dispute is purely private in nature. 4. The petitioner has remedy of filing Regular Suit for Permanent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ramesh Gupta, Manisha Trivedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Mohd.Ismail .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko. And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) Injunction against the private persons. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
