Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to keep the recovery proceedings in abeyance/stay the operation of RC till the matter is duly reconsidered by the Tax Department or adjudicated by the competent authority. III. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to take coercive steps against petitioner pursuant to impugned recovery citation dated 20.9.2025 (Annexure-1) issued by Tehsildar Bageshwar.” 3. After arguing for a while, Mr. Avidit Noliyal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh. 4.
