With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for disposal at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical) at Government High School Khaddar U/c Tikroo Government Senior Secondary School Tehsil Salooni, District Chamba. Her grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid place of posting, which is a hard/tribal area, she preferred representations at Annexure P-1(colly) to the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 respondents/competent authority seeking transfer to soft area of her preference, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, however, the said representations have not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations at Annexure P-1(colly) of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today.
