The present writ petition relates thereto. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He points out that there are joint pattadhars in patta Nos. 910 and 982. He also submits that the said joint pattadhars have objected to the conduct of a survey. 3.From the partition deed placed on record by the petitioner, prima facie, it appears to be a difficult task to identify the portion allotted to him from and out of S.Nos.74A/13B or 39B/3A.
