Heard Sri Jitendra Vikram, the learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ayush Sharma, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Sri Prashant Dubey, Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2. The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.0367 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 333, 109(1), 140(4) B.N.S. registered at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Ayodhya. 3. The learned State Counsel as well as the learned counsel for the complainant have raised a preliminary objection that the applicant has approached this Hon'ble Court directly seeking anticipatory bail, without approaching the Sessions Court. 4. Confronted with this objection, the learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the application and it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to approach appropriate Court. 5.
