Learned Government Advocate submits that there are seven pattadhars, including the petitioner's late husband Venugopal. Therefore, he submits that the petitioner's application would be considered after issuing notice to the joint pattadhars. 3. The partition appears to be between the joint pattadhars in Patta No.1462. Therefore, notice should be issued to the other pattadhars before a decision is taken on the petitioner's application for survey. 4.
