Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party no.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 23.06.2025 for transfer of the petitioner from District Amethi to District Shrawasti in the light of the G.O. No.3/2018/1/3/96-Ka-4-2018 dated 29.03.2018 which is annexed as Annexure No.4 to the writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4.
