HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - C No. - 9486 of 2025 Court No. - 3 HON'BLE SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J.
HON'BLE PRASHANT KUMAR, J.
1. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has sought for the following substantial relief :-
"a) to issue an order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to 4 to ensure the possession in respect of Gata no. 382 / 0.6880 hectare which is recorded in favour of petitioner and the land in question is situated at Village- Sisaiya, Darery, Tehsil- Nghasan, District-Kheri, by which the opposite party no. 5 has install roadblock illegally without any order of competent authority."
2. We have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and upon perusal of the documents, it appears that the issue in dispute can be resolved before the revenue court. As there is an alternative and effective remedy available to the petitioner, we are of the view that this is not a fit case for issuing any orders by this Court.
3. The writ petition, is accordingly, disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
