By the present contempt petition, the petitioner submits that writ petition i.e. WPS No. 5337/2024, dated 23.10.2024 was disposed off by this court with the following observation:- “4. Be that as it may, after considering the submissions made by the both the parties at bar and on perusal of the documents available on record, this petition is disposed of, at this stage, permitting the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the Collector/competent authority projecting all his grievances as projected in this JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2025.04.11 10:22:34 +0530 2 writ petition along with the copy of petition within 30 days from today and in turn Collector/competent authority is expected to consider and decide the same within the period of 90 days from submission of such representation in accordance with the relevant rules and law applicable to the case of petitioner.” 2. However, the petitioner apprise the respondents along with order of this court on 18.11.2024, but till date the order of this Court in 5337/2024 is not being complied with. 3. I have perused the order of this Court as well as the representation submitted by the petitioner. 4. It appears from the order in WPS No. 5337/2024, that no direction was given to the respondent to decide the representation, whereas, it was expected by the Court that the Collector/ Competent shall consider the same in accordance with law. Hence, at this stage, it cannot be said that the respondents are defying the order of this Court in WPS No. 5337/2024, hence the petitioner is at liberty to apprise the respondents about the order of this court by reminding them about the observation in WPS No. 5337/2024 vide order dated 23.10.2024. 5.
