In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondents is dispensed with. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No. 464 of 2024(old case no. 543 of 2020), Smt. Sapna Tiwari versus Neelam and others pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division, F.T.C., Lucknow. It is urged that several dates have been fixed, but till the date, the aforesaid case has not been considered. Consequently, an expedite order be passed. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and to pass an expedite order relating to a suit of the year 2024. The petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned.
