Heard Sri N.N.Somendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner is still pending with the police and a direction may be given to the respondent No.2 for taking appropriate decision according to law. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4 5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to take appropriate decision according to law on the representation dated 25.11.2019 made by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
