The revisionist moved IA No.04 of 2025 for withdrawing the instant civil revision on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise and do not want to contest the issue involved in this revision. 4. Mr. Rajendra Arya, learned counsel for the respondent, also admits that since the parties have settled their dispute by way of entering into a compromise, therefore, he has no objection for allowing this application. 5. In view of the submission as advanced by learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the averments as made in para No.4 of the withdrawal application, the present civil revision is dismissed as not pressed since the parties have entered into a compromise.
