Bordoloi, learned counsel for the applicant, who in the context of criminal revision petition sought to be preferred against judgment and order dated 16.08.2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No.04(S-1)/2022 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Biswanath, Biswanath Chariali – is praying for condonation of delay of 245 days in Page No.# 3/3 preferring the criminal revision. 3. Upon being noticed, the respondent no.2/complainant enters appearance through learned counsel Mr. M. Alam. 4. Both the learned counsels submit that in the meantime, the applicant/appellant has paid the cheque amount to the complainant. 5. In the given circumstances, the delay though on the higher side, is hereby condoned in the interest of justice and in the projected circumstances. 3.
