The petitioner being the teacher-in-charge is aggrieved that his candidature to be appointed as the Headmaster of the School has not been duly considered by the concerned respondent authorities. 2. However, the Court finds that due to afflux of time and change of governing Rules and Regulations in the meantime, the present matter has become infructuous. 4.
