Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present criminal revision has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "Wherefore, it is, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the entire proceeding of Criminal Misc. Case No. 1131/2023 Smt. Jaya Sahu and another Versus Gautam Sahu pending in the Learned Principal Judge Family Court Gonda including the impugned order dated 22.08.2025 passed by Learned Principal Judge Family Court Gonda in the aforesaid case as contained in annexure no.1 to this revision." 3. From the perusal of the record, it is apparent that the final order dated 26.08.2019 passed in Maintenance Case No.775 of 2016 filed by opposite party No.2 has not been challenged in the instant revision and Criminal Revision No.1338 of 2019 filed by the revisionist challenging the order dated 26.08.2019 is pending and this court has not stayed the implementation and operation of order dated 26.08.2019 and only the consequential order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda in Crl. Misc. Case No. 1131 of 2023 (Smt. Jaya Shahu and others Vs. Gautam Shahu), which relates to recovery of amount due, has been challenged by which the recovery warrant has been issued against the revisionist. The order dated 22.08.2025 is extracted herein under :- Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Arun Pratap Verma, Amritansh Mohan Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Gautam Sahu @ Gautam Rishi .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home, Lko And 2 Others .....Opposite Party(s) "Order dated 22.08.25 पुकार पर वािदनी उप.RW जारी हो। पैरवी की जाय वाद िद.6.9.25 को f.o. पेश हो।" 4. Upon due consideration of the aforesaid, this court does not find any force in the instant revision. Accordingly, the criminal revision is rejected.
