Objection to the review as well as delay condonation application has now been received. Delay Condonation Application (IA No.8 of 2026) 6. As per Office report, there is delay of 56 days in filing the review application. 7. The reason for condoning the delay is properly mentioned therefore the delay condonation application is allowed. 8. Delay of 56 days is hereby condoned. 9. Accordingly delay condonation application is allowed. Review Application (MCRC No.7 of 2026) 10. By means of the present review application, the petitioner sought to review the judgment and order passed by this Court in C482 No.2339 of 2023, Commandant Bengal Engineering Group and Centre, Roorkee Vs. State of Uttarakhand. 11. The review on the face of it is totally misconceived as in a criminal matter the Court has no power to review its order as the same is barred by Section 362 of Cr.P.C. 2 12.
