The petitioner has given a representation dated 10.06.2025. Since it was not considered, this writ petition has been filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted as follows: “Thiru.K.Subramanian,S/o.Karnan, Poovathakudi Village, Aranthangi Taluk of Pudukkottai District has filed a W.P Petition vide reference cited in the Madras High Court, Madurai Bench against the District Collector, Pudukkottai, Divisional Engineer (H) 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.27043 of 2025 Construction & Maintenance, Aranthangi and Assistant Divisional Engineer (H) Construction & Maintenance, Aranthangi and prayed to provide speed breaker infront of his Petrol bunk. The mentioned road is Pattukkottai - Peravurani – Aranthangi road and it is a Major District Road. A curve is located at km 39/6 of this road. Recently this curve has been widened to 14.20M width for safety of traffic and the surface is in good condition. This curve is not a accute, blind (or) invisible curve and that too 100 metre away from the petrol bunk. There is no any Hospital, School or any Houses on either side of the Curve. The road at this stretch plying through the fields. Necessary curve boards are provided in this location. So, there is no need for providing speed breaker unnecessarily at this Location.” 4.Photographs have also been produced. These are matters in which the decision has to be taken only by the authority concerned. It is not for the writ Court to enter into micro details.
