The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the proof of service of notice sent to the 7th respondent only. None appeared for the respondent No.7. 3. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.3 to 7 in demolishing old dilapidated rooms in the petitioner property and interfering with possession and threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring Ac.0.25 cents at Dasaridipeta in Sy.No.45/2, of Nowpada-RS Village, Tekkali Mandal, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh, for the purpose of giving house sites to poor under the welfare scheme. 4. On the other hand the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 6 submitted written instructions from the 5th respondent submitted that the land in Sy.No.45/2 is classified as Gramakantam poramboke of Pathanupada Revenue village and it was not taken for the said public purpose of housing as alternative land was chosen. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The written instructions of the 5th respondent dated 24.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
