By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following relief: "(i) Direct the opposite party no.1 to proceed expeditiously to decide the suit O.S No.577 of 2021, Khursheed Alam vs Taufique Khan within a period of six months without any unnecessary adjournment Ld. Trial Court (Additional Civil Judge (S.D) Second Faizabad/Ayodhya) and my further be directed not to fix date after more than seven days." Apparently, the record reflects the fact that the suit bearing O.S. No.577 of 2021 was filed by Sri Khursheed Alam against Taufique Khan. The instant petition has been filed by Mohd. Zulkif Khan who is alleged to be the power of attorney holder of the plaintiff of the suit namely Khursheed Alam. Since, there is an apparent discrepancy in the array of parties, accordingly, this Court is unable to entertain the petition which is accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh with appropriate parties and necessary facts. The petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty. In case, if the petitioner moves an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful.
