Petitioners, through the medium of this petition claiming to have been engaged as Village Defence Committee Members in District Doda, prayed to direct the respondents, to consider and decide their representation with regard to payment of honorarium to which they are entitled to. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will be satisfied, in case, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the respondents to consider their representation. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents did not resist this submission and submits that an appropriate order be passed. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having not been opposed by the counsel opposite, this petition is disposed of at this stage, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners within a period of six weeks with regard to payment of honorarium in their favour and release the same, if they are found entitled to. 5.
