The petitioner is an outsourced employee who is said to have been working since the year 2016 as Data Entry Operator cum Multi Tasking Staff. His services have been dispensed with vide order dated 12.08.2025, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition by indicating that his post has been abolished. Sri Rajesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 4 also states that the termination of the petitioner has been occasioned on account of abolition of the post of the petitioner on which the petitioner was working. Once the post itself has been abolished consequently, there cannot be any occasion for the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner more particularly when he is an outsourced employee.
