Keeping in view the nature of the relief sought and the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the other opposite parties is dispensed with. 3. Although a mandamus has been sought by the petitioner to reconsider the drain situated in the village abadi towards northern side of house of the petitioner situated at Village Kutubpur, Tehsil Colonelganj, District Gonda; the second prayer is for issuance of a direction to the opposite parties to decide the petitioner's representation. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his submissions for granting the second prayer. 5. The learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection against the aforesaid limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by issuing a direction that in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Colonelganj, District Gonda along with a copy of this order within a period of one week from today, the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date of its receipt and the order passed on the representation shall be communicated to the petitioner.
