At the very outset, Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4, on the basis of instructions given by the District Basic Education Officer, Shravasti, states that the order impugned dated 04.03.2025, a copy of which is annexure-1 to the petition, whereby the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled from the date of initial appointment itself, may be set aside with liberty to the respondents to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. 3. Considering the aforesaid, the order impugned dated 04.03.2025, a copy of which is annexure-1 to the petition, is set aside. 4. Consequences to follow. 5.
