When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, the petition may be disposed of on the representation made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB, to the effect that the trial has commenced and the matter is posted on 05.08.2025. 3.
