2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 306 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 15 grams of Smack has been recovered from the petitioners.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they are in custody since 20.11.2024.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, (NDPS Act), Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 306 of
2024.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners after being released on bail are directed to mark their attendance at Maranga Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
