Submission of the Counsel for the applicant is that while passing the order, the previous order dated 07.04.2010, by which, interim relief was granted, was not considered. 6. The said aspect loses its relevance in view of the fact that this Court had passed a final order on the ground that the satisfaction recorded by the executing court has not even challenged. 7. In view of above, no ground for review in view of the scope of Section 114 of C.P.C. is made out.
