Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The captioned writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging therein, the order dated 12.06.2025 passed by the Additional Director General of Police, Bareilly Zone, Bareilly, whereby, the petitioner had been transferred from District Rampur to Bareilly Circle. 3. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner that his son is studying in Class 10th in Greenwood Senior Secondary School, Rampur and he has to appear in the board examinations. It has further been contended that if in the mid of academic session, petitioner is transferred from one place to another, then the studies of his son are bound to suffer. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to file a representation before the competent authority, and he may look into the matter sympathetically and may decide the representation. 5. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents does not have any objection if the petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the competent authority and that representation is directed to be decided. Without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the competent authority within a period of 10 days from today, and if such representation is filed, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the said representation sympathetically, by passing a speaking and reasoned order within two weeks thereafter.
