The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass an order allowing the petition thereby quashing the impugned summoning order as well as cognizance order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Lucknow in the case of State Vs. Ram Briksha Yadav & another arising out of Case Crime No. 261/2022, U/s 323, 504, 427 IPC, P.S. Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow including the entire proceedings of the aforesaid case and/or any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem just fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also kindly be passed in order to meet the ends of Justice." On account of some formal defects crept in the application, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicants to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
