JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 28/05/2025 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to order of this Court dated 21.05.2025, he has filed an affidavit of Shri Narayan Singh-the Managing Director, Jaipur City Transport Services Limited, Jaipur today in the office, a copy whereof has been submitted for perusal of this Court. A perusal of the affidavit reveals that despite service of the notice way back in the year 2018, on account of their sheer negligence, the respondents remained unrepresented till today. The affidavit even does not offer an apology for this gross negligence. However, taking a lenient view, this Court does not propose any action in the matter on an assurance extended by the learned counsel for the respondents to remain careful in future. [2025:RJ-JP:22447] (2 of 2) [CW-690/2018] Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this civil writ petition. The petition is dismissed accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. (MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL),J PRAGATI/60
